You shall be responsible for the accuracy of an order and for giving us any information necessary for us to fulfil your order.
Our products are subject to availability and due to the seasonal nature of our business, some flowers may not be in stock at the time of your order. We aim to inform you of the availability of bouquets by displaying such information on the Website when you browse the products.
However, if the information is displayed incorrectly and we are unable to supply you with the exact bouquet due to the fact that some of the flowers are out of stock, we will provide you with a bouquet or items of equivalent price and quality.
We do try to make sure that all details contained within the Website are as accurate as possible.
Please note that any details and/or specifications of the products and bouquets offered by us (including but not limited to any photographs of the bouquets) are intended as a guide only and give only a general approximation of the bouquets. For example, the actual colour of the flowers may vary from the colour in the accompanying photograph depending on your monitor display.
Please note that Gift Vouchers are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that there is a 5 day turnaround for Christmas wreaths.
go.botanica accept payment via PayPal either by using your PayPal account or by providing your debit or credit card details.
The card will be charged at the point at which the order is confirmed and the customer will be informed of this transaction via e-mail. In the unlikely event of an order being placed on an ‘out of stock’ item, the customer will be informed via e-mail and the card refunded.

Local Delivery & Pickup
Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered on the same day in the local area within a 3 mile radius. We make every endeavour to ensure that items are delivered however where we are unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, we will leave a card at the address for the recipient to arrange to pick up from one of our flower shops – Pop Up Brighton, Hove Shop, Haywards Heath Shop or Lewes Shop
Orders for pick up must be made over 30 minutes before you wish to pick up the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the correct pick up location. Items ordered are only available for pick up during our normal trading hours which are –
Brighton Pop up: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 7.30pm, Sat 8.00am – 6.00pm, Sun 9.00am – 3.00pm
Hove Shop: Mon – Fri 9.00am – 7.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sun 9.00am – 3.00pm
Haywards Heath Shop: Mon – Fri 9.00am – 7.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sun 9.00am – 3.00pm
Lewes Shop: Mon – Fri 9.00am – 7.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sun 9.00am – 3.00pm
